Our CCBHC Services

✔ Crisis Services – We provide 24/7 crisis response, 365 days a year. Our team responds within three hours and can meet clients in crisis at our office, emergency rooms, or community locations as needed, ensuring timely and compassionate support when it’s most critical.

✔Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Services – We offer a wide range of outpatient services, including individual, group, family, and play therapy for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our services are trauma-informed and include specialized treatment like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

✔ Person- and Family-Centered Treatment Planning – Treatment at Quest is individualized and collaborative. Each plan is tailored to meet the client's specific needs and may include mental health and substance use services, primary care coordination, peer support, ACT, and case management services, ensuring holistic and client-driven care.

✔ Community-Based Mental Health Care for Veterans – Quest is equipped to serve veterans and active-duty military personnel with culturally competent, trauma-informed care. Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of this population and support their mental health and reintegration into community life.

✔ Peer, Family Support, and Counselor Services – We offer Peer Recovery and Family Support services led by individuals with lived experience. These supports include one-on-one guidance, group facilitation, and family-focused services that foster connection, resilience, and empowerment throughout the recovery process.

✔ Targeted Case Management – Our case managers help clients and families access critical supports such as housing, employment, SOAR application assistance, education, child care, parenting classes, and primary healthcare. Services are coordinated and tailored to address each individual’s goals and challenges.

✔ Outpatient Primary Care Screening and Monitoring–Quest’s onsite APRNs provide integrated primary care services, including health screenings, medication management, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). We also assist with care coordination and referrals for additional medical support.

✔ Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services – We offer a variety of psychiatric rehabilitation programs such as Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), Basic Skills Training (BST), Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP), and Illness Management & Recovery. These services help clients build skills for independent living and long-term recovery.

✔ Screening, Diagnosis, and Risk Assessment - We conduct comprehensive assessments for children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based tools like the CAMS model, Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale, DSM-5 Cross-Cutting assessments, and biopsychosocial evaluations to inform accurate diagnoses and care plans.
