Comprehensive Support for Co‑Occurring Mental Health & Substance Use Disorders (18+)
Our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, evidence‑based treatment for adults who need a higher level of care than traditional weekly outpatient therapy. Designed for individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use challenges, this program offers intensive support while allowing clients to remain connected to their daily lives, families, and communities.

Referrals & Assessments
Clients are referred internally or by outside agencies, and all participants complete a clinical assessment to determine medical necessity using ASAM criteria.
Admission requires a completed clinical assessment, which may be completed internally or provided by an outside clinician. We accept evaluations from other providers.
Programming is open and rolling, allowing clients to join as space becomes available. Contact our team to discuss referrals, assessments, or program availability.
