:: What is your success rate?
It depends on how one defines success. With adolescents especially, it’s very difficult to envision a 15 year old never drinking again the rest of his/her life.  However, at least 75% of the clients complete their treatment episode at Quest with several months of abstinence from drugs and alcohol as evidenced by urinalysis tests.  Approximately 80% of clients (and their parents) report improvement in school attendance, better grades, a closer relationship with their family and no re-involvement with the juvenile justice system if they are on probation or parole. While remaining drug and alcohol free is the goal of treatment, any improvement in the client's level of functioning is viewed as success.

:: Do you serve clients who have substance use disorders along with mental health issues?
Yes; Quest has marriage and family therapists on staff who work with clients with co-occurring disorders.  With appropriate written permission, staff coordinates efforts with any outside therapists, doctors and/or psychiatrists. During fiscal year 2008/09, Quest also has a pilot project partially supported by State funds for adolescents with co-occurring disorders. This program will continue depending on funding.

:: Does Quest offer bi-lingual services?
Quest offers substance abuse assessments and individual sessions in Spanish and English. At this time, all groups are offered in English only.
