:: Is Quest co-educational?
Yes, staff provides counseling services to boys and girls; women and men.
:: What is the average length of stay?
The staff at Quest individualize all services based on the needs of the client. Treatment generally runs anywhere from three months to a year.
:: Do you have continuing care programs?
Quest's continuum of care provides for a decrease in services over the treatment episode which includes meeting the client's continuing care issues. Staff also encourages clients to return and talk with their counselor if the client needs therapeutic support. As an added benefit, adolescent or adult clients who have been discharged from the program may attend any weekly therapeutic group free of charge for up to one year.
:: What is the cost of your programs?
As a nonprofit organization, Quest charges on a sliding fee scale. We encourage all prospective clients to meet with an assessment counselor to determine if a reduction in fees is applicable.
:: Do you accept insurance?
Yes, Quest is a provider for many insurance companies. Again, it’s best if the prospective client calls or meets with an assessment counselor to determine if their health insurance plan will reimburse services at Quest. (As a courtesy, Quest's staff will bill the client's insurance company.)
:: What ages do you serve?
Quest serves clients from 13 to 100 - male and female.
